Community schools are a collaborative approach to education that integrates academic, social, and health services, creating a supportive environment for students, families, and communities. By providing resources and addressing various needs, community schools aim to foster student success and well-being.
This year, our focus at Spring Ridge Middle School is our needs assessment. We will be gathering data to identify the top needs of our community.

What is a community school coordinator?
A Community School Coordinator is the liaison between the school and community. We create, strengthen and maintain the bridge between the school and community. We facilitate and provide leadership for the collaborative process and development of services for children, families and community members within a school neighborhood.
Ms. Broom can support families with many needs that a family may have such as food, hygiene products, clothing, and more! Our goal is to connect you with vital community resources and meet your needs to support our students and families so they can succeed.
